3) Know the Features of your Office: You should be able to identify the devices and equipment your office will need to have and upon enumerating these devices and equipment that are very much important in your office, ask yourself if all of these can be inexpensive for you to purchase since that you may want to buy a number of devices and equipment but then you can be out of budget.

4) Know the Lay out of your Company: Know how many rooms you want to have for your office; do you want to build a conference room; how many restrooms; and other important rooms that you wish to have.

5) Know the Lease Options for your Company: Be able to distinguish yours and your employees??? contractual obligations; how long the lease for is; and the terms for the extending of the lease; terms for terminating the lease; etc.

6) Know the Location of your Company: You must consider the availability of your company to your target market.

All of these stated above are just some of the issues that you require to consider when planning for your office space and it is pretty obvious that a business man like you no matter how very good you are in business but cannot be that excellent to planning the lay out of your business and it came into your mind that you require someone who is knowledgeable with regards to all of these things.
